Pomegranate was considered as an exportable fruit in recent years. It has a wide range variety and geographical distribution in Iran .According to previous studies salinity of irrigation water used in pomegranate orchards were different in Yazd Province ranging from 0.39 to 9.8 dS/m. Determination of pomegranate balance nutrition and macro and micro nutrient requirement is essential especially in saline conditions. In this study the nutritional requirement (NPK) of pomegranate in saline conditions (ECiw=8.6 dSm-1) were assessed in a completely randomized block design with 10 fertilizer treatments and three replications in Rostagh area of Yazd province. Fist and second year results showd that fertilizer treatments had no significant effects on yield and other factors like juice quality except in juice N (P0.05) and P (P0.05) content in second year. Two years complexed data analysis showed that treatments had significant effects on yield of total and healthy fruit (P0.01). Comparison of means with duncan test (P0.05) showed N300P100K200 treatment (mean 30.05 and 35.5 Kg fruit/tree) in first year and in second year (23/8 and 27.5 Kg fruit/tree) had the best healthy and total mean yield.
