1- Research station of Chamestan, Noor, Agriculture & natural resources of Mazandaran 2- Research department of medicinal plants, Forests & rangelands research institute of Tehran The medicinal plants are reserves and natural resources, and many countries have more or less of such resources. The type, number and diversity of plant species vary according to circumstances and geography of each region. Unfortunately, given the growing interest macroeconomic and trade of medicinal plants, nuisance problems created for this resource, and the generation of plant species is threatened with extinction. Mazandaran Province is an important medicinal species of vegetation and diverse, that sometimes is subjected to severe exploitation and extinction. The objective of this project, restoration and conservation of rare and endangered medicinal plants is in this province. In this regard, after the review of library resources and to identify any major herbarium spacemen's, some species of medicinal and essential oil exploitation and at risk of Includes: Froriepia subpinnata, Galanthus nivalis, Teucrium hyrcanicum, Prunella vulgaris Clinopodium vulgare, were selected, and after of habitat investigation, core samples from living plants, herbarium spacemen and seed, collection and was transferred to station of Chamestan. The species were passed the all stages of Phonology and seed yields. Phonology and main morphological characteristics of the species in the habitat and the establishment of the station were recorded, and adaptation of species was investigated.
