The results of bacteriological examination showed 9 farms were cotaminated by avian mycoplasmas agants that 6 farms of the 9 farms contaminated to nonpathogen avian mycoplasmas and two farms of other three were contaminated by MS and other one was contaminated by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma sinovia in common. Serological examination accomplished via RSA and ELISA tests. In the first stage the nondiluted serums was examined by RSA , so that 191 serums were positive for MG and MS.The positive serums were diluted in the proportions of 1/4 and 1/8 and examined by RSA test again.
