In decade years, plant conservation programs including the use of ex situ and in situ conservation has design and carried out, because the present rate of decrease continues. Present study is with the aim of endanger and rare medicinal plants conservation of Iran to use of ex situ conservation.Seed Plant Nepeta pogonosperma Jamzad & Assadi and seed and seedling Nepeta heliotropifolia Lam their endemic species of Iran from Apiaceae family and seed Opopanax hispidus(Friv) Griseb from Apiaceae family were collected.The seeds of Nepeta pogonosperma and Nepeta heliotropifolia were planted in 15 Dey 1388.Their seedling were transferred to main plot in 15 ordibahasht 1389.Essential oils was prepared from Nepeta pogonosperma flowering shoot from the farm and natural and the flowering shoot Nepeta heliotropifolia's natural.The characteristics the location of the collection include; Geographical coordinates, altitude site, direction slope,percent slopes and associated species were taking notes.The results show that Nepeta pogonosperma easily be propagated by seed.The essential nature of that is 1/7 percent.The essence field at early flowering time 1/59, middle of flowering time(50%) of 1/8 and without irrigation at 1/32 is percent.The Seeds of cultivated species Nepeta heliotropifolia only 1 percent was achieved and the transfer of seedlings from the nature is possible only by young seedling with a height less than 5 cm.The best method of propagation species Opopanax hispidus in the field is seed and multiply it requires more study.
