Study preference value on range spieces in Anjedan Arak
2011

Preference value is equal selection species rangelands by domestic different months of grazing season. Domestic in freedom grazing time absorbed different behavior. This study for determine behavior grazing domestic and how selection species in different years and seasons. This study performed in area at 35 kilometers in west Arak and in mountain Anjedan village. This range is semi stepic range. For This study enclosed 1 hectare from 1386. Preference value determined by 3 methods: By study grazing behavior domestic, determine species preference index and determine by stop time for grazing species. For comparative behavior grazing, use the complete experimental design and domestic speed, long distance, time for grazing, time for rest and time for move in 4 years and 5 months analyzed. So behavior grazing in different slope in 4 years and 5 months analyzed by factorial experiment For determine preference value by preference index use split plot experiment in completely randomized design with combined analysis. For determine of preference value by use stop timing method. Stop time on every species in years and months of grazing season calculated and use in randomized complete block design with combined analysis For analyses data use SAS software. Effect year, month and specie on preference value were significant that move speed of domestic and distance long in first season and drought year (1387) more than end season and wet year . Time for grazing in first season more than end but time for rest was less than. In different slope class, effect slope on preference value significance that less than 5% class distance long is the more. In determine preference value by preference index was significance specie effect by more product and have upper mean is in upper group. In timing method species effect was significance and palatability and valuable species have upper preference value.
