In this research subjected model for zonation to gully erosion in arid and semiarid area for retesting and revalidation were investigated in Gilan Province . Therefor, first of all with taking into consideration of gully erosion distribution in Province, Aliabad watershed were selected for application of model. In this area several maps including landuse, Geology , landunits and slope were prepared from which working units were extracted. Then selected working units, a background area and 3 specific gullies were recognized. In each working unit, several soil profile were drilled from which soil samples were taken and analized in order to determination of soil characteristics. The morphometic chractristics of Gullies were investigated with gully survey. In each working unit, soil peneteration condition and soil conservation percent were investigated. After determination of data related to factors, related quantity values as were as the Gully erosion zonation were determined. Finally the zoning map of gully erosion were prepared using index overlay model, fuzzy algebric sum, fuzzy algebra product and fuzzy gamma in Gis. On the basis of obtaind result and with taken into consideration of different zoning area and occurance of their gullies, the fuzzy gamma model of ./8 is the more proper method to zoning of gully erosion in studied watershed.
