Nowadays, status in soil is also very critical and tragic in Iran. Perhaps could say soil is the most important of Earth's natural resources and infrastructure of any country. Principles and how to exploit this natural resource, the path of progress or regress any set of uses. At this time, statistical studies show that 6000000 ha of suit and arable lands in Iran have destroyed caused by erosion annually. Also the systematic agriculture in Iran has no any planning for combat this hazard. Overall strategic planning process is the systematic approach to strategic management support. This report is one of set of soil conservation strategic planning that is related to sheet erosion classes. In this study, we can see a strategic plan for optimizing of soil conservation methods in sheet erosion classes.
