This study has observed that compared to the broilers, Taiwan native chickens have a lower NE m (48.21 vs. 52.84 kcal/kg 0.75 /d), higher ME m (112.11 vs. 96.07 kcal/kg 0.75 /d) and similar kg (0.43 vs. 0.55).
