Producing and applying poultry manure-based biofertilizer | Получение и применение биоудобрения на основе птичьего помета

English. In field experiments on grey forest average loamy soil ecological safety and efficiency of applying progressive doses (3, 6, 9 t/ha) of biofertilizer based on poultry manure for grain crops and potato were studied. For comparison mineral fertilizers (NPK and NP) and cattle manure having a content of nutrients equivalent to 6 tons of biofertilizer were used. The soil microorganisms Actinomyces fradiae-96 and Candida krusei-96 used in the production technology of biofertilizer are non-toxic and nonpathogenic, resistant to chemical contaminants and able of developing in a broad range of pH such that the product obtainable at day 30 after the treatment of liquid poultry manure with these microorganisms is an ecologically clean biofertilizer devoid of pathogenic microorganisms having a higher content of N, P, K than in poultry manure and a concentration of toxics nor exceeding the approximate allowable level. As is found, applying biofertilizer at the dose of 3 ton/ha as to the influence on the agrochemical properties of oil is identical with N120P90K75 ton/ha of manure, it greatly activated the activity of cellulose decomposing microorganisms, ammonifiers and nitrifiers. As to the influence on the yield productivity and quality of spring wheat, oats, barley grain (the content of protein and gluten) biofertilizer at the dose of 9 ton/ha was higher than the efficiency of applying manure and NPK. The yield and merchantability of potato tubers under effect of biofertilizer at the dose of 6 ton/ha increased by 11.3 and 23.6%, which is more than when applying NPK at the dose of 500 kg/ha and NP at the dose of 28o kg/ha. Conclusions: the studied biofertilizer meets the sanitary bacteriological and toxicological requirements, improves the soil fertility and the yield productivity of potatoes and grain crops.

В полевых опытах на серой лесной среднесуглинистой почве исследовали экологическую безопасность и эффективность применения возрастающих доз (3, 6, 9 т/га) биоудобрения (БУ) на основе птичьего помета под зерновые культуры и картофель. Для сравнения использовали минеральные удобрения (NPK и NP) и навоз КРС с содержанием питательных в-в, эквивалентным 6 т биоудобрения. Используемые в технологии производства БУ почвенные микроорганизмы Actinomyces fradiae-96 и Candida krusei-96 нетоксичны и непатогенны, обладают устойчивостью к химическим загрязнителям и способностью развиваться в широком диапазоне pH, так что получаемый на 30-е сутки после обработки бесподстилочного птичьего помета этими микроорганизмами продукт представлял собой экологически чистое БУ, свободное от патогенных микроорганизмов, с более высоким, чем в птичьем помете, содержанием N, P, K, с концентрацией токсических элементов, не превышающей ориентировочно допустимый уровень. Установлено, что внесение БУ в дозе 3 т/га по влиянию на агрохимические свойства почвы идентично N__120`P__90`K__75` и 20 т/га навоза, оно существенно активировало деятельность целлюлозоразрушающих микроорганизмов, аммонификаторов и нитрификаторов. По влиянию на урожайность и качество зерна (содержание белка и клейковины) яровой пшеницы, овса и ячменя БУ в дозе 9 т/га превышало эффективность внесения навоза и NPK. Урожай и товарность клубней картофеля под воздействием БУ в дозе 6 т/га увеличивались на 11,3 и 23,6 % больше, чем при внесении NPK в дозе 500 кг/га и NP в дозе 280 кг/га. Выводы: изученное БУ соответствует санитарно-бактериологическим и токсикологическим требованиям, повышает плодородие почвы и урожайность картофеля и зерновых культур.
