Chinese. 利用复合酶法对零余子多糖的提取工艺进行研究,为零余子的开发利用提供技术依据。在单因素的基础上,通过二次正交分析法优化提取工艺条件,最终确定复合酶提取工艺的最佳参数为纤维素酶添加量2%,果胶酶添加量为1.5%,酸性蛋白酶添加量2%,提取温度40℃,pH5.5,酶解时间3h。在此条件下,零余子多糖得率为15.80%。

In order to provide the basic data for the developing and utilization of the bulbil, the extraction process of polysaccharide from bulbil was studied using combined enzymes. The forecasting model was set up with the orthogonal experimental method on the basis of single-factor experiments. The optimum extraction parameters were as follows: 2% celluose enzyme plus 1.5% pectinase and 2% acid protease at reaction temperature 40℃ and pH 5.5 for 3 h. With the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 15.80%.
