Chinese. 以金针菇渣粉和玉米糁为原料，采用双螺杆挤压膨化工艺，通过单因素试验和正交试验，研究了螺杆转速、挤压膨化温度、物料含水量、金针菇渣粉添加量对产品膨化度的影响，得出金针菇渣粉最佳挤压膨化工艺为螺杆转速170r／min、挤压膨化温度160℃、物料含水量13%、金针菇渣粉添加量15%。在此工艺条件下，产品的膨化率为10.4%。

Single factor test and orthogonal experiment powder design was extruded with twin methods were applied to analyze the effects of screw speed, extrusion temperature, moisture content, addition of Flammufina re-residue powder on product expansion ratio. The optimal conditions are as follows: screw speed 170 r/min, extrusion temperature 160℃, moisture content 13%, addition of Flammufina velutipes residue powder 15%. Under these conditions, the product of the expansion rate was 10.4%.
