Chinese. 农村居民点用地的选择,在新农村建设、城乡统筹发展、优化区域土地利用结构与布局中是一个基础性的内容,而适宜性评价是农村居民点用地选择的基础,利用GIS的空间分析功能,构建梅岭镇农村居民点适宜性评价模型,在评价指标体系的构建中,选择影响湾里区梅岭镇农村居民点用地的地面坡度、高程等8个经济社会生态因子作为影响因素,并利用层次分析法得出各评价指标的影响权重,利用加权平均法,以10m×10m的栅格大小为评价单元,最终得出评价区域各栅格的综合分值,确定最佳选址区域。通过对评价结果分析,研究结果对优化梅岭镇农村居民点布局具有一定的参考价值。

New rural development planning in advance, is one of the important guiding ideology on the construction of new countryside in China, and the selection of rural residential sites is a basic work in the construction of the new countryside, the balance of urban and rural development and the optimization of regional land use structure and layout. And the suitability assessment is the foundation for the selection of rural residential land. Based on the spatial analysis function of GIS, this paper constructs the land suitability assessment model for MeiLing Town, and selects eight economic and social ecological factors as the influencing factors in Meiling town Wanli District, such as slope, elevation etc., and then by using AHP gets the weights of the various evaluations, the grid of 10 m × 10 m as the evaluation unit and using the weighted average method, evaluates the comprehensive regional scores of each grid area and determines the best location. The evaluation results are of a certain reference value for the optimization of Meiling Town’s layout.
