Chinese. 旨在研究利用牛粪浸出液对球藻生长及脂肪结累的影响。牛粪经处理,按浓度50g/L浸出培养液,设计6个试验组(体积比为1:9、2:8、4:6、6:4、8:2、9:1)及2个对照组对球藻进行培养,利用测定叶绿素总量计算其生长量,同时对藻种进行鉴定和脂肪含量测定。研究结果显示,通过18S rDNA分析本实验藻种属于普通小球藻;牛粪浸出液培养球藻适宜体积比为6:4,且含脂率达0.57,远远高于BG11。结果表明牛粪浸出液可用于球藻培养,且是提高球藻脂肪含量的另一种途径。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The study aims at the effects of the lipid extracts from cow dung on the growth and fat accumulation of Chlorella vulgaris. On the basis of concentration (50 g/L) of culturing liquid extracted from treated dung, 6 test groups were designed on the volume ratios of 1:9, 2:8, 4:6, 6:4, 8:2, 9:1 and 2 control groups culture Chlorella vulgaris. The tests included identification of species, determination of fat content and calculation of growth amount by total chlorophyll. In conclusion, Chlorella vulgaris sp. for tests belonged to Chlorella vulgaris according to 18S rDNA analysis. It was suitable for growth in the culturing liquid 6:4 (v/v), and the fat content was 0.57 in it obviously higher than that in BG11. The results show that liquid extracts from cow dung can be used for culture of Chlorella vulgaris, and increases the fat content in it.
