Evaluation of some fungicides against scald of barley by spraying and seed treatmentý

In order to investigate the effect of cyproconazole, propiconazole, tebuconazole through spray , Imazalie and Rovral TS through seed treatment, an experiment was conducted in randomized complete block design with four replications and 15 treatments inclouding treatments with and without artificial infection as controls+and controls- in Khoramabad and Moghan during 2009-2012. Tow rows native susceptible cultivar of barley were used in these experiments. Each treatment was planted in four lines with 4 meter long. Infected plants residue is collected from infected field of barley to scald in each area. Then the residue is crashed and spread through the rows of treatments as spreader except contro-. Unfortunately the atmosferic condition was not suitable for establishment and development of scald. So the scoring was not possible. But In Moghan after observation the acurance of the disease, spraying of the three above fungicides have been done. According the method of Saari_ Prescott the scoring was done. The results showed that, there were significant difference between fungicides treatments and controls, and also between fungicides treatments with each other. The effect of treatments on weight of the products were investigated. According the result there was not significant difference between fungicides treatments and controls.
