The present study was conducted with using split plot in a factorial design with three replications at agricultural and resources research center of Lorestan province Iran from 2003-2005. The main Factor was planting date with three levels started from 20th of September continued in a 15 days intervals and subplots were row spacing at two levels (two and three lines) and three cultivars (okapi, orient and fornax). The analysis of variance was' run showed that there were significant difference between years for seed yield and plant height at the I % level and for number branches per plant and number pod per plant at the 5% level. The analysis of variance was run and results showed that there. were significant ditlerence among planting dates for plant height at the I % level but it were not significant difference for seed yield. Comparison among means indicated that okapi cultivar was higher (4052.8 kg/ha) than the two others (orient with 3978.9 and fornax 3629.8 kg/ha) . and classified the former into a different cJass than the two later cultivars. Planting date xrow spacing Interaction for seed yield was significant at the 5% level. Okapi and orient cultivars with highest productively and row spacing three lines are recommended for khoramabad conditions. Key words: rapeseed cultivars, planting date, row spacing
