In order to yield comparison of six barley promising lines including MB-87-10, MB-87-13, MB-87-14, MB-87-15, MB-87-16 , MB-87-19 along with Nosrat barley as check variety, these experiments were conducted using RCB design with three replications in farmer's field of Neyshabour during 2011-2012 cropping season. Agronomical practices such as preparing of seedbed, using of fertilizer and so on did basis on conventional local of trial site. Results of combining analysis showed that there were significant differences (p 0.05) among different genotypes for day to heading, day to maturity and maturity duration. In addition, there were significant highly differences (p 0.01) among different genotypes for number of spike/ m-2, kernel per spike and kernel 1000 weight, plant height and grain yield. The highest values of day to heading, day to maturity, number of spike/ m-2, kernel per spike, kernel 1000 weight and plant height were produced by MB-87-13, MB-87-14, MB-87-15, MB-87-10, Nosrat and MB-87-16 barley lines and cultivars, respectively. In addition, the highest grain yield was produced by MB-87-10 barley promising line and selected for more investigation in Research-Extinction trials.
