Study effect of moisture stress in different growth stages on yield of early maturity grain sorghum cultivars.

For study of moisture stress effects on different stages of growth on grain sorghum yield in sistan region, this experiment with 2 early maturity cu1ti~ars (payam and check local) with 4 treatments: - ~ SI(chcck): Irrigation in all of growth stages after 100 mm evaporation from pan class A S2: Stress aplication since 7 leaf for panicle development SJ: Stress aplication since flowering initiation for filling grain S4: Stress aplication since filling grain for maturity. This experiment carried out as split plot on base of (RCBD) with 3 replication during 2 years. Mainplot include 4 level and subplot was 2 cultivars. Each cultivars planted in 6 rows with 5 m longth and 30 em space. After maturity 0/5 m deleted from margin and harvest leve1 was 4/8 m2. Results showed check local( zabol native) with 3/446 t/ha had the most yield and the least belong to stress aplication since filling grain for maturity with payam cultivar(2/92 t/ha).
