Identification of fungi associated with die-back of grape and their roles in sistan region.

Grape is the most important garden product and it has imponant role in economic life of Sistanian people. Yaghoti cultivar is the most common in this region and harvests in early of season. therefore, has high economic value. Grapevine die-back is very common on drought conditions and is a destructive cause This study was performed for identification of asocciated fungi with this disease and their roles in creation of disease. (n (380 and 1381, visitation was performed at grapevine gardens in Sistan region. Sampling was performed from intected trees that showed disease signs. These samples were transformed to laboratory and were cultured on PDA and MA. Isolated fungi were distinguished by references. These isolates were puritied biologically by single spore and hyphal tip. Aspergillus terrel/So Alternaria sp. Verticilliurtl sp. Fl/sar/li//1 sp.. Astemmel/a sp were isolated of these samples.Pathogenicity tests were performed by these fungi isolates on grape shoot. Pathogenicity results showed that among these fungi isolates. A.ferreus created signs on infected shoots and re-isolated of them. Therefor, this species was pathogen on grapevine
