Evaluation and yield comparison of promising sesame cultivars and Lines in Sistan Region.

In order to determine cultivar and Line adaptative with region,16 cultivar and Line of sesame along with local control of Sistan was evaluated on based of randomized complete block design with 3 replications in Agricultural and Natural Resources Research center of Zahak, Iran. ion and yield comparison of promising sesame cultivars and Lines in Sistan Region during two years 2009-2010, and 2010-2011 crops. Each line was planed in four rows with length four meter and row inter space 50 cm. row space. The genotypes were planted with plotform Wintershtiger in eraly Jun.In during growth were recorded phenological stages (flowering date, flowering duration, days to physiological maturity). At end of growing season after the removal of lines borders, the lines internal were used to assess yield. The results Combined analysis of variance showed that, genotypes had significant different for phonological traits, yield and yield components.In total of two years, the highest seed yield obtained from Darab 14,Sistan of local, TS-3, Jiroft of local, Daran 2 and TN-238, genotypes (999, 981, 981,944,932, and 924 kg/ha respectively). The lowest seed yield obtained from SG5-86365, TN-240, SG3-86365 ، SG4-82215 (652 , 676, 703 and 709 kg/ha, respectively). The result simple correlation of traits showed that from beetween components yield, number seed in capsule and number capsule in stem origin with Coefficients (r=0.64** and r=0.48**) the most correlation have with seed yield.
