In order to evaluate, regenerate and preserve barley germplasms of Cereal Research Department Collection, this experiment was carried out for three cropping years (2012-2014). Totally, 2400 accessions were investigated in field in two rows with 1m length and 30cm between the rows. Checks were Nosrat, Yousef, Bahman, Makouee, Fajr30, Nimrooz and Sahra cultivars in first year and in 2nd year Checks were, Nosrat, Yousef, Bahman, Makouee and Fajr30 cultivars which had been replicated after every 30 Genotypes. Some traits including: Days to heading, plant height, seed color, spike color and days to maturity were recorded. Among evaluated accessions during three cropping years the days for earliest maturity was 147 days and for latest it was 167 days. The lowest height among genotypes was 55 and the greatest was 118 cm. After harvesting, threshing and cleaning, samples (their seeds) were compared with on record characters and original accessions that related to them. After that accessions were replaced and maintained (80gr seeds with two spikes). Key words: Variation, Germplasm, Barley, Cereal collection
