Hybridization of Rose(Rosa hybrida) and study of different level of growth Regulators on the immature embryo's at in vitro condition.

Rose has the highest production among cut flowers in the world. In Iran Roses have 400 ha culture area and first rank of production in Iranian ornamtals. Today, many million dollar cost us for importance of new cultivars and we have to breed new cultivars in order to, improve quantity and quality and it depend to create new cultivars. New cultivars were produced by hybridizing method by using of seven clones were selected from 100 hybrids Rose collection in the Mahallat ornamental plants national research station. The most important characteristics for selecting parents were the market ability, seed and pollen production. The most important traits for selection of new hybrids were new colors high quality, pests and disease resistance. At this time 18 new colonies from the created hybrids in experiment were introduced.
