Landslide and stope movement in addition to finacial damages in southwest khalkhal villages have caused other problemes as anxiety of people and responsibles, for probality of similar events in other area. This case makes doubtfull the performing of constractive plans, this investigastion tries affect the Landslides of area and evaluat the relative hazards in construction,agriculture, economic and soil sourses conservation planning, and then use them. According to existing areal photographes, over than 300 slope movement, landslidings zone have been recognized, and next steps have been surveyed. Data-collection formes prepared (filled)for 120 Landslides considering geological and geomorphological conditions Landslide dispersion were analized, the important factors which have been considerd in basic geological map in 1:50000 scale were class and direction of slopes, vegetation, Landslide dispersions, stracture and isorain Lines, then cramers vcontingency coefficents, propettional reduction of error, Goodman-kruskal tau and crosstabulation computed. Then area hazard zonation map made with base of statisticall methodes. Condideration and statisticall analisis of factors proves than Landslides of this area controlled by geological formations, also age and type of Landslides usually follow the exemple of lithology of area (zone). Entirely interfering factors are as follows: a)Natural factors (Lithology, climate, geomorphology at toe,vegetion type). b)Rreternatural factors (the creation of road and conal, slopes without drinage,untrue watering methods, sewage repel within well in residential regions, demolition of the forest and range zone.
