Estimination of Energy Consumption in Tea Green leaf Production.

Audit the input and output flow of energy in the agricultural production is the one way to realize sustainable development of the agriculture. The most important way to improve the energy in farming is the measured and evaluation of efficiency and techniques of energy consumption in the agricultural production. The appropriate amount of energy in suitable type, form, and time is required to production. In this research direct and indirect energy consumption were measured for production of green tea leaves in 9 field with different farmer management. The results showed that aproximately 50% of human energy 70% of fuel energy will spend in harvest operations. The energy inputs of fertilizer in irrigated fields is about 50% and in dry field about 75% of total entrance energy. Correlation test showed there is not a significant relation between the energy efficiency index (EP) and yield. But, there is a significant relation between the input energy and yield and benefit. The overall quality of the product obtained as a result of proceeds from the sale of agricultural products in direct proportion to the amount of energy entering the tea garden, and how to manage it.
