Factors Affecting on Participation of Farmers and Fishermen in Agricultural Production Cooperative and fisheries in Bushehr Province.

Cooperative is one of the organizations which causes success and development and always regarded by developed and under developed countries. Today, the significant foundation of such cooperatives are considered to be one of The most important way of developing agriculture in our country. The aim of this investigation is to acquaintance and to detennine the effective factors over the participation of farmers and fishermen in Fisheries and Agricultural cooperatives.The static population of this research includes the farmers and fishermen who are the members of these cooperayives.The research methods from the quantitative points of view include the survey method by using the questionnarie and from qualitative points of view include content analysis by using semi- structure Interview and dual stage cluster sampling.In tolal 8 Agricultural cooperatives and 18 Fisheries cooperatives were chosen randomly. In each section 20 farmers or fishermen as members and 20 farmeres or fishermen as non-members of such cooperatives were chosen randomly and overall 320 farmers and 720 fishermen were chosen randomly in this way. Interview has been done with cooperative managing directors and the questionnaire were completed.The validity of the questionnaires has been done by experts view points and the reliability of these has been done by using the Kronbach Alpha ratio were evaluated by a pilot study. The results and findings of this Investigation shows that the variables such as, "Farmer's Literacy Level","Farmer's Technical knowledge","Farmer's Economic Situation" ,"Farmer's Annual Income Rote", "Under mamagement Properties", "Farmer's Social Participation ","Farmer's Social Participating Results", 'Using the Educational Extention Servises ", Views Relating to Cooperatives", "Using Media","Relation of Jihad-e-Agriculture Personnel with the members of cooperatives", with Farmer's participating Rate in Production Cooperatives has a significant meaningful co-relation. Multi Relation Regression Test also shows that from these variables: 6 variable by "using Educational Extension Services ",Farmer's Technical knowledge",farmers Economic Situation "farmer's social participation, media use and the relation of Jihad -e- Agrculture Personnel with members of cooperatives and in tolal 48 percent of variables are from Farmer's Participation Rate in production co-operative. The other findings of this investigation are the effective fishermen participation in fisheries cooperatives. This findings show that variable on variables such as "Fishermen Literacy Level", "fishermen Technical Knowledge", "Job".
