In order to evaluation of soybean pure lines (Group V) and selection of better line based on seed yield this project was conducted in Gorgan and Aliabad in 2013. 7 soybean pure lines and 2 commercial varieties (Katoul & Saman) were evaluated in randomized complete block design with three replications. These lines were resulted from crossing program in Gorgan station and yield trials were conducted for them for three years. Means comparison showed that treatment-4 (Katoul Χ Fora) had the highest yield (3490 Kg/ha in Gorgan, 3326 Kg/ha in Aliabad and mean: 3408 Kg/ha). Commercial variety of Katoul has 3265, 3266 and 3266 Kg/ha and Saman has 2989, 2825 and 2907 Kg/ha. The response of lines to Carcol rot was different from7% to 42% in treatment number 8 and 2, respectively. Severity of disease also was different from 16/1% to 49% in treatment number 8 and 3, respectively.
