Preliminary study on soybean late matured pure lines

In order to preliminary study on soybean late matured pure lines in terms of seed yield and agronomic characterization, this project was conducted in Gorgan and Sari and Moqan as warm and moisture climates, in 2013. 24 soybean late matured pure lines were evaluated in randomized complete block design with three replications. These lines were resulted from the cross between Katul as father and Williams, Sahar, Krasnodar778 and Hamilton as mother in Gorgan research station. Gorgan: Means comparison showed that treatment-3 (Sahar Χ Katoul) has the highest yield (4251 Kg/ha). Sari: Means comparison showed that treatment-1 (Sahar Χ Katoul) has the highest yield (4494 Kg/ha). Moqan: Means comparison showed that treatment-9 (WilliamsΧKatoul) has the highest yield (3113 Kg/ha). Gorgan and Sari and Moqan: Means comparison showed that treatment-15 (Hamilton Χ Katoul) has the highest yield (3224 Kg/ha).
