This experiment was carried out as factorhial by using randomized complete block design with 3 factors and 4 replications for 3 yeares. The objective of this study was evaluation of reaction of hybrid cotton varieties on transplanting method and intercropping system .Two hybrid cotton varieties was as factor A , two factors transplanting and cultivated seedcotton methods were as factor B, three methods intercropping system were as factor C .In order to determination in each replication, one watermelon plot was cultivited. Parameters of yield componts such as sympodia and monopodia length, sympodia and monopodia number, plant height, single boll weight، boll number and first harvesting, earliness and yield. The Results showed that earliness SahelΧSindoz hybrid cultivars was higher than sahelΧB-557 hybrid cultivars and transplanting method increased the cotton yield and increased the number of bolls per plant which increased cotton yield. In investigation treatments, seedcotton yield increasing and seedcotton perplant had the hieghest impact by increasing number of bolls than boll weight. Trend of change in Land Equivalent Ratio (LER) was indicated the highest LER was at 1:1 cotton and watermelon treatment was about 1.31. The treatment of 2:1 cotton and watermelon had LER 1.25. Both of these treatments were superior of cotton treatment with 1 Land Equivalent Ratio (LER).
