The experiments conducted to investigate the role of cow manure on phosphorus solubility from two kinds of rock phosphate. Experiment was done with 4 treatments and 3 replications in a completely randomized design. treatments were: 1) two levels of moisture content (field capacity and saturation) ,2) cow manure at three rates (20,40,60 percent) , 3 ) two kinds of phosphate rock (crude and condensate) , 4) three times (15,30, 60 days) was performed. The citrate soluble phosphorus was significantly more than insoluble in citrate and soluble in water. With increasing time the citrate soluble phosphorus increased too. With increasing the amount of manure the phosphorus dissolved in citrate reduced and on the other hand its solubility increased in water. The main effects of moisture on phosphorus solubility was non significant. The greatest amount of soluble phosphorus in citrate was observed at 15 days , saturation moisture percentage , 20% cow manure and in concentrated rock phosphate and the greatest amount of water soluble phosphorus was in concentrated rock phosphate , field capacity moisture, 60% cow manure and at 15 days . Key Words: Cow manure- Phosphorus- Solubility of Phosphorus
