The purpose of this study was to develope the organizational diagnosis indicators for Meister school based on BSC. The study was conducted in the following process. A first draft of organizational diagnosis indicators was developed based on the result of previous research review and expert consultation. Next, delphi survey was carried out with 10 expert panels consisting of professors, teachers and field experts to examine the validity of this indicators. The data analysis in this study was based on statistical approach including central tendency, variability, the feature of opinion agreement and acceptance, CVR(Content validity ratio). The study shows that final Organizational Diagnosis indicators consists of 4 dimensions, 16 categories, 34 variables, 73 details. Developed organizational diagnosis indicators for analyzing current status of school can be utilized to performance management. Furthermore, it can be used to reflect opinion of the persons concerned and to find improvement point according to the result of a diagnosis.
