Harvester productivity in commercial thinning and average volumes of trees to be cut in the stands with different composition of species | Harvestera darba ražīgums krājas kopšanas cirtēs un izcērtamo koku vidējie stumbru tilpumi dažāda sugu sastāva audzēs

English. The study ascertains how different compositions of stand species and average volumes of trees to be cut affect the work of the harvester in commercial thinning under Latvia’s conditions. The research demonstrates that the harvester showed its highest productivity while working in pure pine stands – 3.96 m**3 hE–1, where the average volume of the stem to be removed is 0.092 m**3. The second best result was achieved in the mixed stands – 3.67 m**3 hE–1, where the average volume of the stem to be removed is 0.085 m**3 but the lowest rate was demonstrated in pure spruce stands – 3.09 m**3 hE–1 at the average volume of the stem to be removed 0.068 m**3. Significant differences were observed in the productivity of the harvester between pure pine and pure spruce stands. Comparing the calculations of standard deviations in the harvester productivity it can be seen that they are the biggest in mixed stands, while the lowest rate is demonstrated in pure spruce stands. Hence it may be concluded that the productivity rates of the harvester can vary in a large range during thinning in different mixed stands, therefore it could be difficult for the loggers to predict the productivity performance in each of the mixed stand felling areas. On the contrary, the range of the harvester`s productivity rates in pure spruce stands is smaller.

Latvian. Šajā pētījumā skaidrots, kā dažāds audžu sugu sastāvs ietekmē harvestera darbu krājas kopšanas cirtēs Latvijā. Apsekotajās priežu un egļu tīraudzēs, kā arī mistrotajās lapu koku audzēs, noteikts vidējais izvācamā koka stumbra tilpums, pēc kura iespējams prognozēt harvestera darba ražīguma izmaiņas. Pētījumam izmantoti harvestera dati – darba laika uzskaites faili (*.drf), kuros darba ražīgums izteikts kā sagatavotais apaļkoksnes apjoms kubikmetros laika vienībā – stundā (m**3 hE–1). Dati ņemti no 99 krājas kopšanas cirsmām, 33 priežu tīraudzēm, 33 egļu tīraudzēm un 33 lapu koku mistraudzēm. Visi dati ievākti A/S „Latvijas valsts meži” apsaimniekotajos mežos. Pētījumu rezultātā noskaidrots, ka augstāko darba ražīgumu harvesters uzrāda strādājot priežu tīraudzēs – 3,96 m3 hE–1, kur vidējā izvācamā koka stumbra tilpums ir 0,092 m**3 . Otrs augstākais harvestera darba ražīgums konstatēts jaukto sugu audzēs – 3,67 m**3 hE–1, kur vidējā izvācamā koka stumbra tilpums ir 0,085 m**3, savukārt zemākais ražīguma rādītājs ir egļu tīraudzēs – 3,09 m**3 hE–1, pie vidējā izvācamā koka stumbra tilpuma 0,068 m**3 . Būtiskas harvestera darba ražīguma atšķirības ir starp priežu un egļu tīraudzēm. Tas nozīmē, ka harvestera darba ražīguma rādītāji, kopjot dažādas mistraudzes, svārstās plašā diapazonā, un mežizstrādātājiem būs grūti prognozējams darba ražīgums katrā atsevišķā mistraudzes cirsmā, turpretī egļu tīraudzēs harvestera darba ražīguma rādītāju izkliedes diapazons ir šaurāks.
