Structure of helminth complex of sheep in Gorny Altai and efficacy of the antiparasite suspension at treatment of helminthosis in sheep | Структура гельминтокомплекса овец Горного Алтая и эффективность противопараразитарной суспензии при гельминтозах овец

English. Helminth infection in sheep and the structure of parasite complexes in different regions of Gorny Altai have been studied in 2012-2013. Standard helminthological methods were used: helminthoovoscopy by the method of Fulleborn, Kotelnikov-Hrenov and helmintholarvoscopy by the Berman-Orlov method. The calculation of the average ova number was performed using the counting chamber. The species composition and helminth infection in animals were detected using K. I. Skryabin method of incomplete post-mortem examination. The highest infection level has been determined in Northern Altai (83,8%). The helminth complex of sheep of Northern and Central Altai is represented by 10 and of South-Eastern Altai - by 5 species. Gastrointestinal strongylates dominate in the structure of parasite complex. The representatives of species Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Protostrongylus, Dicrocoelium and Moniezia have the greatest epizootic significance. The 20% water suspension of dry concentrate of antiparasitic preparation, containing Albendazole and Aversectin C, in dosage of 10, 20 and 30 ml per animal has been tested. 90-100% efficacy of this preparation against gastrointestinal helminthosis with no negative influence on lambs' organism was shown.

Russian. В 2012-2013 гг. изучали зараженность овец гельминтами и структуру паразитокомплексов в различных регионах Горного Алтая. Для определения зараженности животных гельминтами использовали общепринятые в гельминтологии методы - гельминтоовоскопию по Фюллеборну, Котельникову-Хренову и гельминтоларвоскопию по Берману-Орлову. Подсчет среднего числа яиц проводили при помощи счетной камеры. Видовой состав и зараженность животных гельминтами определяли с применением метода неполного гельминтологического вскрытия по Скрябину. Наибольшая зараженность установлена в Северном Алтае - 83,8%. Гельминтокомплекс овец Северного и Центрального Алтая представлен 10, а Юго-Восточного - 5 родами. В структуре паразитокомплекса преобладают кишечные стронгиляты. Наибольшее эпизоотологическое значение имеют представители родов Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Protostrongylus, Dicrocoelium и Moniezia. Испытана 20%-ная водная суспензия сухого концентрата противопаразитарного препарата, содержащая альбендозол и аверсектин-С, в дозах 10, 20 и 30 мл на голову. Повторное обследование подопытных ягнят проводили через 15 сут. Выявлена 90-100%-ная эффективность данного препарата при кишечных гельминтозах при отсутсвии отрицательного влияния на организм ягнят.
