Повышение долговечности полезащитных лесных полос на юге Западной Сибири | Forest shelter belts durability increase in southern West Siberia

Russian. Рассмотрены физико-географические и хозяйственные особенности производства продукции растениеводства, лесорастительные условия, рост и современное состояние защитных лесных насаждений на каштановых почвах Кулундинской степи. Акцентирована необходимость надежной защиты полей от дефляции, широкомасштабной замены ветроломных древостоев на новые поколения, повышения их долговечности. Обобщен опыт создания и содержания лесных полос на территории засушливых областей, предложены принципы и приемы повышения влагообеспеченности и устойчивости древесного яруса в условиях дефицита атмосферного увлажнения, обоснованы строение и породный состав насаждений. В частности, установлено, что наибольшую перспективу на пахотных землях региона имеет создание 2-3-рядных лесных полос умеренно ажурной конструкции с изменяющимся по продольному профилю породным составом. На автоморфных почвах широкого применения заслуживают сосна обыкновенная, ильм, береза и отчасти лиственница сибирская. В потускулах и на гидроморфных почвах – тополя и лиственница. Важными элементами технологии создания насаждений является многолетнее парование почвы, снегозадержание, рядовая посадка культур по схеме 2,5-3,5 х 0,7-1,0 м, своевременные агротехнические уходы до полного смыкания крон.

English. Physical, geographical and economic features of crop husbandry production, forest growth conditions, growth and protective forest plantations current state on chestnut soils of Kulunda steppe are considered. The need for a reliable fields' protection from the deflation, a large-scale replacement of windbreak stands for a new generation, increasing their longevity, is pointed out. The experience of creating and maintenance of forest shelterbelts in dry areas was summarized, principles and methods of increasing the moisture content and stability of the tree layer in the atmospheric moisture shortage conditions were proposed, vegetation structure and species composition were substantiated. In particular, it was found that the most promising on arable land in the region is the creation of 2-3-row of forest shelterbelts of moderately openwork structure with the longitudinal profile of the changing species composition. On automorphous soils Scots pine, elm, birch, and partly Siberian larch have a wide application. On hydromorphic soils and in sites of groundwater intake there are poplar and larch. Important elements of the plants growing technology is a perennial clean cultivation, snow retention, crops planting in rows according to the scheme 2.5-3.5 x 0.7-1.0 m, timely agrotechnical care till the complete crowns closure.
