The characteristic of the factors determining the expression of economically useful traits of poultry is given . The functional dependence of poultry products on typical and paratypical factors is considered. A method for determining and specification of the functional dependence of poultry breeding products on a number of factors is offered. To improve the accuracy of the method it is necessary to consider the evidence of the enterprise. The possibility of the proposed method using in the strategic and operational management and marketing of the enferprise is shown.
