High efficiency of reproduction of a tomato from the minimum quantity of the seed material in vitro by induction of organogenesis is shown. The maximum coefficient of reproduction provided using of cotyledons leaves, hypocotyls, explants ""beak of a flamingo"" as initial explants. Proved ability of cultivation in vitro clones of wild types of a tomato on the hormone-less MS medium during 7 years without changes the phenotype of signs is proved. It is established that for decrease of growth activity in vitro of garlic collections the most effective are two receptions: a combination of low temperature of storage and the modified mineral structure of a nutrient medium and change of carbohydrate structure of a nutrient medium.
