Russian. В статье рассмотрены вопросы селекции в процессе формирования линии свиней крупной белой породы. У потомства исходного поколения достоверно повысились показатели репродуктивных, откормочных и мясных качеств. Расчет коэффициентов корреляции и наследуемости признаков продуктивности дает возможность вносить коррективы в процесс селекции.
