Some industrial tomato lines and their properties | Bazı sanayi domatesi hatları ve özellikleri

Some lines of industrial tomato obtained by "Enlargement of Tomatoes Gene Pool to Developing Processing F1Varieties" which was sub-project of "The Project of Turkey F1 Hybrid Seed Production of Vegetable Varieties Development and Public-Private Sector Cooperation". This study was carried out between 2007 2008 and some lines characteristics such as; fruit weight (g), fruit length (mm), fruit width (mm), fruit shape, fruit cross section, lope numbers, pulp thickness, soluble solid content (brix) (%) and pulp color were investigated. As a result, 52, 21xK/23, 22xK/2, 46xK/11 and 19x6/7 lines were found as notable.

Bu çalışmada "Türkiye F1 Hibrit Sebze Çeşitlerinin Geliştirilmesi ve Tohumluk Üretiminde Kamu-Özel Sektör İşbirliği Projesi" kapsamında yürütülen "Sanayiye Yönelik F1 Çeşit Geliştirmede Kullanılmak Üzere Domates Gen Havuzunun Genişletilmesi" alt projesinde ele alınan bazı sanayi domatesi hatları incelenmiştir. 2007 2008 yılları arasında yürütülen çalışmada hatların; meyve ağırlığı (g), meyve eni (mm), meyve boyu (mm), meyve şekli, meyve enine kesiti, lop sayısı (adet), meyve eti kalınlığı (mm), suda çözünebilir kuru madde (SÇKM %) ve domates suyu rengi özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; 52, 21xK/23, 22xK/2, 46xK/11 ve 19x6/7 numaralı hatlar incelenen özellikler yönünden beğenilerek dikkate değer bulunmuştur.
