The efficiency sorption mycotoxins in vitro Analtsymоsorbent

It has been found that in vitro in a dose of 0,5 % analtsymоsorbent showed a high sorption capacity (77 – 100 %) for aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, patulin, sterigmatocistin, desoxinivalenol and some- what below – 50 % sorption T-2 toxin. The increase of the dose of analtsymоsorbent twice (1 %) raised the level of its sorption activity to aflatoxin B1, patulin and zearalenone to 100 %, sterigmatocistinе – to 90 %, DONa – to 82 % and T-2 toxin only up to 55 %. The high level of sorption activity of mycotoxins with analtsymоsorbent has been observed on a 60-minute of exposure. The sorption capacity of analtsymоsorbent depends on the polarity of mycotoxins
