The data about the changes of the blood content of lipids and proteins in the in dairy calves dur- ing the growing that were born frоm cows after intramuscular injection of different doses of cholecalciferol before and after calving. It is found that the blood of calves research groups, along with increased levels of the active metabolite of vitamin D3 - 25 OND3, marked changes in the content of total lipids, phospholipids, tryacylglycerols, cholesterol and total protein in the period from birth to 2 months old age
