This book is a revised version of a handbook entitled "Improved Handling of Fresh Tuna Intended For EU Markets" which was compiled as a partial fulfillments of EU funded project on "Improved Handling of Fresh Tuna Intended for EU Markets" which was implemented in the year of 2006-2007. This manuscript is now intended for practical guidelines for tuna fishermen and stakeholders to implement good catching and handling practices to produce prime quality fresh tuna suitable for export, in a wider international destination. Basically, the content of this publication is not different from the previous one in term of technical specifications, thus the revision is mainly done to make the wider use of this book.
