这是经合组织农业展望出版物第19版，也是第9次与联合国粮食及农业组织共同准备，为截至2022年主要农产品、生物燃料和水产品提供预测。值得注意的是，本2013年展望报告首次包括了棉花和中国章节。 在库存偏紧情况下，预计高成本和强劲的需求会使商品价格维持在历史平均高位水平，价格波动的风险也高。受到环境政策改变以及与天气相关的生产风险增加的影响，预计中国将保障一些重要农产品的自给率，同时，增加贸易和促进世界农产品市场一体化。
