The monograph describes helminth infections of animal; analyzes the influence of parasitic diseases of animals on slaughtering characteristics of sheep and goats; evaluates parasite-and-host relationships between animal and helminthes. The problems of the quality of slaughter products and meat are analyzed; veterinary and sanitary expert review is suggested; blood biochemistry of animals, infected with parasites, is evaluated. Natural resistance along with the immune reactivity is researched. The data on helminthoses of sheep in different types of farms (specialized, farms and individual farms) is presented; peculiarities of the spread of major helminthic infections are analyzed; the epidemiology of parasitoses in different climatic zones is described. Data on the number of anthelmintic properties of antiparasitic drugs, their effects on host-parasite relationships and the quality of the products of slaughter is presented.
