One of the most important trends of development of agriculture is now the all-round promotion of agricultural exports. The volume of food sold abroad in the coming years should double and triple in some goods. These aims can be achieved, provided the design and strict compliance with the principles of formation and use of export potential offered by the authors and based on fundamentals of the theory of agricultural potentials. Development of export potential formation and use principles is based on permanent monitoring of existing tendencies of the foreign trade activity of domestic economy and its trading partners. On its basis strategy and tactics of foreign trade activities in agrarian and industrial complex, and also technologies of management on realization of export opportunities of domestic commodity producers are developed. The principles developed and proved by authors allow to the organizations-exporters, and also to state, regional and sectoral management controls to coordinate the efforts and administrative decisions in a direction of economic and social efficiency of export activity increase.
