Эффективность использования белково- витаминно-минеральной добавки из местных источников сырья в рационах молодняка крупного рогатого скота

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented data on studying the nutritive value of a new protein-vitamin-mineral fodder additive produced on the basis of the local raw materials and to determine its influence on meat productivity of young growing cattle. Positive influence of inclusion of protein-vitamin-mineral additive from domestic sources of raw materials in a diet of young growth of cattle is established. As the basic components at protein-vitamin-mineral additive preparation serves: rape oil cake - a source of a protein, a composite raw of rape oil - an energy source and the sapropelic fodder additive - a source of mineral and biologically active substances. In 1 kg of dry substance of additive contains 21% digestible protein, cellulose - 16% and 16% of fat. Feeding of 25% protein-vitamin-mineral additive allows raising energy of young growth of cattle at 8,7%.
