The technology of complex processing of stillage with high content protein feed additive and biogas production was developed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The developed technology contains enzymatic pre treatment of stlillage with cultivation of special founded strain of facultative anaerobic yeasts protein producer, dividing stillage on liquid phase and solids which are goes to production of dry feed additive. Liquid phase goes anaerobic fermentation with biogas generation. Liquid after fermentation di¬rects to final treatment by ultrafiltration. Dry feed additive contains 40% of crude protein, 23,6% of digestible protein and 8,23 MDj/kg of gros digestible energy. It is possible to produce 13-14 m of biogas and 50-55 kg of high protein content dry feed additive from I ton of stillage.
