The cause of mastitis cows is often a microbial factor. Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Corynebacterium, Mycoplasma and other microorganisms could be pathogens of mastitis. Leading role in the inflammation of a mammary gland belongs to Staphylococcus. In 75.6% of milk samples, selected from cows with mastitis detected pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora. In the early and mid lactation, the figure was 78.1% at the end - 66.7%. Of the total number of samples selected microflora 74.2% were Staphylococcus spp. Identified drugs to which this flora and other pathogens are mostly sensitive. However, not found a single antibiotic to which all isolated pathogens were sensitive to, and to many commonly used drugs in veterinary practice revealed low sensitivity and resistance of microorganisms. The greatest stability of the allocated microflora is noted to penicillin - 66.6%, and to the same preparation in 20% of cases dependence of microflora is revealed.
