In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of studies of the problem of young animals' safety. The article describes changes in the digestive system during the development of diarrhea. Shown and described histological changes in the small intestine in normal and pathological development process. There is studied structure functional organization of jejunum under the influence of the drug 'Biokarotivit' and comprehensive vitamin and mineral additive 'Feed phospholipid complex' which are used to reduce the effects of before detachable stress and after detachable stress in pigs and stimulation of is immunogenesis and hemopoiesis. Samples of the study are the jejunum of piglets at the age of 30-35 days. At weaning stress reorganizations in microcirculatory channel are observed that is accompanied by developments of stagnation in structures of a mucous membrane of a pigs' jejunum. There is an infringement of membrane digestion on ultrastructural level as a result of glycocalyx layer destruction and atrophy, tear off microfibers from pigs jejunum' enterocytes membranes that leads to infringements in digestive system and to development in the subsequent of a diarrhea.
