In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of biochemical, hematological and immunological studies and clinical zootechnical parameters of calves with different body weight at birth. Calves are born with various morphofunctional status of an organism that is shown by exterior characteristics. Calves viability is caused by prenatal development. It has been established exterior features of calves-hypotrophic, and calves physiologically developed. At calves-hypotrophic is available big compensatory stock, and at creation of corresponding conditions they can catch up in growth and development of the herdmates. Therefore it is really necessary to find the means of complex therapy of calves' congenital hypotrophy. There is a complex of immunological, morphological and metabolic changes in an organism of physiologically unripe calves causing backlog in its growth and development. Studies on the content of immunoglobulin in the blood of calves on passing of 24 hours after watering colostrum were carried. The data on the immunobiological indices of calves' blood with different body weight at birth before and after taking of colostrum are shown.
