Triticale appears one of the most important cereal crops of the Republic of Belarus. Modern varieties of triticale successfully compete with wheat, rye, oats and barley crops; triticale grain possesses high feeding values, disease resistance level and high sustainability to disadvantaged circumstances. Further development of triticale selection requires enrichment of wheat-triticale genetic resources with creation of secondary recombinant forms of hexaploid triticale, with karyotype wheat component composed from different combinations of chromosomes of three wheat sub-genomes (A, B, D). The article suggests the results of the research of the process of stabilization of chromosome composition of received hybrids. Chromosome composition of secondary recombinant forms of hexaploid wheat-rye amphidiploids obtained from breeding of chromosome-substituted triticale lines with modern hexaploid triticale varieties is presented. Types of inter-genomic substitution of chromosomes in different hybrid materials are analyzed.
