In course of the research there was theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved the hypothesis of mutational variability and induced recombination of linked genes when affecting on sensitized F1 hybrids with UV-radiation. The automated UV-installation for an irradiation of explants and plants was created. Sensitizer composition and exposition, and parameters of plant UV-irradiation were optimized. Influence on change of genotypic structures of oats F2 population of a sensitization and UV-radiation was experimentally proved. It was supposed in Scientific and Practical Center for Arable Farming of NAN of Belarus to use in selection process new UV-muta-recombination technology on hybrids F1, selected cultures, that considerably would increase efficiency of creation of an original initial material and new energy and resource saving up varieties of agricultural crops. The spectrums of absorption in ultraviolet purine and pyrimidine bases, water solutions of dyes were presented. Appearance of installation with plants in vessels and principal scheme of UV-irradiation of explants and plants of cereals were shown. The influence of sensitization and UV-radiation on expressiveness and variability of quantitative signs of plants at oats (Avena sativa) in F2 generation was presented.
