In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of the influence of complex preparations with avermektin for treating and prophylactics of animal parasites. For experiences used preparations univerm, avermektin paste 1% and the boluses of prolonged action. Experiments are lead on horses, pigs, cattle, sheeps at helminthosis before treatment of animals. As a result of the lead experiences has been established, that the pharmacy at cattle helminthosis (strongylatosis, strongyloidosis) shows high therapeutic efficiency which makes 92-100%. At hog mange the preparation has shown 10%-s' efficiency at double treatment with an interval of 14 day. avermektin paste 1% at strongylatosis, strongyloidosis, horses oxyuriasis also shows the high therapeutic effect making 93-98%. On the basis of stated it is possible to draw a conclusion, that application of complex preparations helps to reduce the risk of forming resistibility to the means in parasites, and also to strengthen the action of avermektin, reducing the number of active components, and probably preparation toxicity.
